Gary and Yellow Ribbon are professional, honest, insured, trustworthy "tree guys". They shoot straight. No surprise costs after quotes or slacking on cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Y’all might be great at trees but driving...not so much! One of your service folk was just seen on Townelake Parkway (between 10:40-10:50) driving erratically and constantly looking down to the right at something—-presumably his phone! He almost ran into a silver car that was moving over into the left turn lane. He raced up beside us and weaves between cars to be able to go faster. Definitely not a good representative for your company!

This is the 3rd time I have used Yellow Ribbon over the years. We have had multiple tree removals, trimming, and stump grinding. They are hands down the most professional, responsible, and considerate company I have ever worked with. Gary is an amazing veteran with a heart of gold, doing volunteer storm clean up all over the country, and with well earned loyalty from his crew, many of whom have been with him for more than a decade. He is a candid, totally honest and knowledgeable arborist, and always a straight shooter. Every time the workers are prompt, careful, conscientious and excellent in every way! This time they took a huge old pine down in my front yard, without even touching the electrical wires partially under the tree, or my young dogwood right beside the pine. It was in an island filled with iris, and they barely bent a few of them. Cannot imagine recommending any company more highly! Service: Tree removal

They showed up when they said they would, did what was expected (and not one ounce more), and didn't leave a mess (but didn't clean up all the mess they made). I was in a position of disadvantage, due to powerful storms that damaged trees that had to be removed before they fell and caused damage. I put in calls to several locations, and this was the only one that answered on the same day (the others called back after I had already contracted Yellow Ribbon). The actual workers were friendly and efficient, but the owner is "full of himself" and condescending. In conclusion, they did the work, but I'll never use them again, deliberately.
