Totally Running & Walking

Please update your website with your new hours. I waited an hour and then found out they were hosting a school event. I just left since how do you expect an employee to focus on finding a new shoe to wear with all the ruckus going on. Anyway, I was hoping to see Kirsten who helped me last time. She was very helpful.

Wonderful experience! Kirsten walked me through purchasing my first set of proper athletic shoes with phenomenal customer care. The shoes are so comfortable and I cannot recommend Totally Running and Walking enough! Thank you Kirsten!

the totally running and walking team member i spoke with was so knowledgeable and kind! i had no idea what kind of shoe i needed. she was able to look at my foot characteristics and find my perfect shoe. ill go back for sure!

I haven't been to their store, but I have bought five pairs of Golden Lasso Goodr sunnies from their websites. They emailed me telling me they don't have 5 pairs available, but they can send me other styles (weird, right?). I said no, and they canceled my order more than 2 weeks ago, and I have not received my refund yet. I have called them many times no one answered; I sent them an email, no one replied, and at this point, I filed a dispute. I am not sure this store even exists or not. And btw, the Golden Lasso Goodr sunnies are still available on their website!!! UPDATE: After I filed a dispute, a super rude person called me today and insisting that they processed my refund. Now that they have to deal with my credit card company they bothered themselves to reach out. He also mentioned that they never received any emails and calls from me and this is why I am updating my review with an screen shot of my email.
