      image We wish we read the reviews before shipping things from this place..I think this review is more about USPS in general than this particular office..we shipped our wedding dress from here with overnight priority, signature request and it's been 10 days and no one responded..they opened a case for formality and closed it after 5 days saying they cannot find a 15Lbs package. Please please please please stay away from USPS and use other services that actually does the work and values your time and feels responsible and if it's something important don't even think of USPS and that will definitely save you time and they don't want to work anyways so they are happy..win..win

      image The most useless service. Not even deserving of one star. No one answers the phone there because no one is willing to take accountability for mail not picked up or delivered.

      image Staff is rude and slow moving. When asked where to go for my passport appointment the guy behind the counter snapped kind of loudly- like I'm supposed to know? The appointment before me was 30 minutes behind and when a lady finally shuffled out from the back she took the late appointment, asked if I had one, then turned around. No "sorry we're running late." No urgency.
