So apparently this year, if you didnt send money with your kid they aint taking their picture. ????? When have we ever had to pay to secure a picture? I have always waited on the proofs before ordering a package (which are crazy expensive anyways.) Horrible planning, and now we have to wait on retakes. 0 stars.

This company really doesn't deserve a star, my son's summer photos were a disaster, I am very disappointed, they don't care about doing a good job and the price is too high for such a mediocre photo next year if the school continues with this company I will choose for my son not to attend class.

Patient with my teenage son for senior pictures whose never posed a day in his life like that. They had many options and also took outdoor scenes.

Tried ordering for my 2 sons but making one order since they are both located on Bowen Photo site, but after talking to customer service, (even with the option online) they informed me that it will not work and I will have to pay separately and pay shipping for both orders. why?!?! make your site user friendly so i can just pay once. Several families have more than one child with pics. Why make us pay double shipping costs? (edited my review from 1 star to 3 star since they reached out to me to make it right. Why wont your customer service offer this option?
