The kiosk was super convenient as it was inside my regular grocery store. It was very easy to use. It may have been because I ordered a key with an image on it but I was surprised that the key had to be mailed to me. I was not in an urgent need for the key and, like I said, the location was convenient, so I went ahead with the order. The key came pretty quickly. The only negative was how raw cut it was. The edges on one side were pretty sharp. I was a little afraid that it might ruin the lock. I carefully filed it with a garden tool sharpener and that took care of the issue. The key worked great in the lock.
