I had Christian do a large 20000 dollar project in fall of 2020, the lawn was not installed correctly and I have pictures I send to him to get it fixed to this day I am struggling with a follow up and the issue is not fixed, be careful before you hire them. If my issue is resolved I will update this review

I would have given this company a 5 star rating, because they transformed my backyard from a jungle to an oasis. But the 2 star rating is all because they have failed to fulfill their lifetime guarantee. About 6 months after the project was completed, the backyard and side lawns started drowning in water. Apparently, the erosion/drainage was still not under control and which killed the expensive Zoysia (Zenith) grass that was installed. Also, the area is pretty shaded and after consultation with multiple landscapers, they all agree that Zeon Zoysia would have been a better candidate. I am really disappointed in the current state of my lawn especially after spending tens of thousands of dollars. Their team came and assessed the issue in January after 3 months of pursuing them and assured that this will be fixed. They last came in April to make some changes but my lawn is still a swamp after it rains. Today is June 2, 2021 but still not heard back from them. After multiple reminders, all I get is a tentative day when they would arrive but that day never comes. The attached pictures show how wet and marshy the yard gets when it rains even for a day. The grass is shabby and patchy at best, and the erosion is worsening day by day. After the work was complete in May 2020, we were awed by the looks of it but it only took a few months to realize it was temporary. I would not recommend this company because they failed to keep their promise.

We just LOVE our new infinity pool! When two other pool companies said we couldn't install a pool in our back yard we we devastated until Christian said no problem. 3 months later we now have a wonderful backyard retreat!! Thanks United Landscapes!!

I've been looking for landscaping contractor for these few weeks now and I can't find a good company. So I've decided to ask a help from my old friend which is used to live here and then he referred me to United Landscapes LLC he used to call these company to do a landscape design. Without hesitation I ask for a quote which is very affordable. I was so impressed with the whole outcome. A big thumbs up to this company!

We are in the process of getting several quotes for resurfacing our existing pool and putting in a brand new hot tub. One of the vendors we called was United Landscaping. Christian was late (insisted appt was 2pm when were we certain it was 1:30pm) when he got here, within minutes we were quoted 3x the price of our other quotes from very reputable contractors and given little to no information as to why.. and at the end of this fantastic interaction he tells us "I knew it would be a waste of time driving out here." .... overall, the least professional sales call I've ever had. Would def get multiple quotes if you are working with this vendor, they seem to grossly overcharge/over quote on projects. Thumbs DOWN.
