They installed sod and buried downspouts for us in the backyard. Tore up our front yard in the process and never even mentioned it or offered solutions to fix it (Honestly, at the time, I gladly would have paid for front yard sod as an up-sell if I had known this was a possibility). His solution was to patch with a couple pieces of sod that don’t even match the front yard grass. When I asked about it he said wait 12 months and the grass would blend and grow back in (It did not btw). On top of this-- the drain pipes did exactly what he assured me they would NOT do. I was concerned that the drain pipes they were installing would be crushed, but he assured me they would not as this is the exact type he has at his own home. Well, they're crushed and now I'm going to have to dig up the drain through new sod to fix it. And maybe even have to pay someone else to do it. I've been emailing, texting, and leaving voicemails for him to call me about this for almost 2 months, but he will not respond at all. Nothing.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with Andy and his guys! Andy helped with the design, brought in true professionals, and was always responsive. It is rare to find this level on craftsmanship, creativity, and service--but Whaley Landscaping has it all. We would 100% use Andy for our future projects. Hands down.
