This company took a team picture, my daughter's eyes are closed and she is looking away. Now I know it's hard to get team pictures where everyone is looking and have open eyes, but really.... if they are professional they should keep trying and the photographer should make sure he got the shot before letting the group go.

My daughter took pics before Christmas.... Its February And we have yet to receive her pictures. Spoke to someone who said they were mailed and they'd remain them... Still nothing. called and left 3 messages since with no reply!!! Very upset!!!
