He was nice enough to let me catch a ride with him while he tow my vehicle he was nice and courteous and friendly....if i ever need him for something i would give him i call....kudos

I called this man after waiting on 2 hrs or so for those bumps on a log at K&G towing. Not only was he there in less than 15 min but he was professional and speedy. I appreciate you. I was hella p/o by the time you got there. Thank you.

Saturday the 12th day of September I found a car for my son to get back and forth to work in. So I got the vehicle insured that day so that it can be towed to a repair shop. When the tow service arrived he asked where's the car, the salesman's son and I told him in the back of the yard. So, this is new to me, the guy told us that he cannot drive his truck on the grass so therefore the car can't be towed, the yard was leveled, the salesman arrived and he even told him that it's okay for him to go on the lawn. The tow man told us if we get it off the grass then we can give him a call and he will come back and pick it up, so we said cool. The salesman got his pick up truck and tied it to the car he pulled while his son and I pushed, we got it done 30min after the tow man left. Now after all of that work that we did I called him back and he tells us he can't just come back and pick it up, even though that's not what he said to us, he told me that I have to call back my insurance company for them to dispatch another Tow service as if it's another vehicle stranded, that's when I realized that it's all about the money ($$$🤑🤑🤑GREED) I said to myself he's done this before, while he's saying to me that he never heard of a insurance company not sending out another dispatch, due to the fact that this tow service signed off on the (GOA) for something that he never touched, I can't get another tow until after 72hrs, he didn't even walk and look in the car that guy still got paid, and told me for him to come back that I'll have to pay him $75.00😖 SMH... the moral out of this whole situation is all it takes is that one person that he screwed was the one that could have brought him more business....don't ask for people's referrals if you're going to screw them.
