Had an appointment. Walked out unnoticed because its happens all the time. They greet you, tell you to sit down in the front chairs and forget about you. 3 people got serviced before me and they were walk-in. A worker should also not be apologizing on behalf of management for accepting too many customers at one time

Pedicure was really rough and they charge $29 for an ingrown toe nail when they not even clean my Inter cuticle. Manicure, not receive a massage and they barley apply oil, no massage or cream. be pending $20 just to apply gel and $30 to do gel manicure, spending $60 dollars in this place is wasting money for a poor service like that. Honestly this is my first & LAST time coming here. First of all when i first came in nobody greeted me, then a man finally walked in a greeted me & told me to wash my hands .. i went to wash my hands i asked the lady that was supposed to take my nails off where the towel was she pointed didnt even show me, just pointed said over there and went back on her phone. I had to dry my hands on my pants. Then when she was just taking off my nails she made me bleed 3 different times. The soaked one of my bloody fingers in acetone & put the bloody acetone back in the bottle for use again which is very unsanitary. She claimed my nails were tooo thin but the whole time i was watching her she was cutting my nails extremely low. Being heavy handed. I dont even write reviews but Im soo irritated with this experience! I couldve did this myself honestly
