        Decent, Safe & Friendly Community but beware the Enclave HOA is terrible, I truly wish we had Term Limits for HOA Board Positions because the current Board is Lead by an unprofessional & simply ghetto person, SMDH. The Community gets a 4 rating, this 1 rating is specifically for the HOA Management itself....

        The side of the lake is one side and not the other? Also there are two HOAs for this subdivision within a subdivision of these properties! Be extremely thorough when researching these properties.

        HOA is terrible. They protect the people in the wrong and can't do anything for the people in the right. They also don't enforce their covenants, send personal letters and yell at you on the phone.
