Great location, horrible person working. The lady is rude as hell. Attitude like she doesn't want to be there. Get a new job if you don't like it there. Also, never once have I been charged for dropping off a package that had a pre-paid label for UPS. It clearly states this is a drop off location for UPS. I guess I was charge for her inconvenience of having to work.

I went there for the first time today and it will be my last. Simply dropping off 2 packages and the way the lady looked down her nose at me and the tone she used was very unnecessary. When I told her I was dropping off and the packages already had labels, she came back with a sharp tone saying it will be $2 a package- different but not a problem. Or maybe I just looked like I wouldnt pay or had $2 to pay. After we cleared that up, I still tried to small talk while she added tape to my packages and nothing not even a smile. When she finished I paid her and she handed me my change and I SAID THANK YOU- she said nothing! I then asked for a receipt, she said they didnt give receipts but I could take a pic of the label on the box. Another lady chimed in and said the receipt doesnt have the tracking info on it anyways I politely said I didnt ask for a tracking number, I asked for a receipt. I need it to account for the money from the office. She then went back to the register and ripped the receipt off and handed it to me. Im not sure if they were having a bad day and if so we all do but if we work in customer service, its our job to service our customers regardless. Although Ive never had to pay to just drop off a package that already has a label, no problem it was still convenient and I would still have used them again but the service was horrible! No thank you Id rather go out of the way going forward
