This hotel is gross! They state they provide breakfast, but there is a sign at the front desk that states they do not because their rooms are so cheap. I checked-in after about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the desk. I went to the room, and it was filthy. No toilet paper, kleenex, or soap. There were 2 small pillows on a king size bed, and when I pulled back the covers, you could see that the sheets had not been changed since the previous guest. I collect my things and left immediately.

We arrived at the hotel late. I walked into the lobby to check in and found my room key sitting on the counter and no one attending to the front desk. Once in the room, we found that the bed sheets were stained and the AC unit was not working at full capacity. The next morning we discovered that the bathroom had 2 towels hanging from the back of the door like they were never removed from the room when it was cleaned and the only towel that was folded and 'clean' in the bathroom had a stain or substance on it. We left the hotel early in the morning and found the front desk unmanned again and could not formally check-out. We will not stay at this hotel again if we are in the area.

Most likely, you will not be able to get help from the front desk. If you do, that is the one person who seems to care about customer service. We had to use the app to extend our stay past the 2 nights we originally rented. Trying to call them ahead of time, you most likely will not get an answer because they do not stay at the front desk. We were staying here for a job and working nights. So when we came in around 7:30am we had to press the call button. Waited for a while and pressed it again. Waited a while longer and pressed it again this time several times rapidly. Only then did we get a grumpy woman to come (not behind the front desk) but from the lobby hall way. And looked at me like, "Why did you wake me up?" We told her we extended our stay and needed to reset the keys to count for it. That was resolved. Then at 10:30am sleeping we got a knock on the door and asked if we were checking out. I am still half asleep and tell the guy we extended for a few mor nights. And then never saw them again the rest of the stay. Even to extend one more night after the job. So if you want customer service do not come here. Also, they seem to own/run other hotels or inns in the area. Just a heads up. And there was a roach crawling in the bathroom. So there is that as well.

Avoid this hotel. Its under renovations and the owner (who owns several motels in Cordele) will tell you to lower your expectations when the rooms are actually filthy, water logged, moldy dins. I made the mistake of reserving this room ahead of time and could not get a refund after check in and discovering the abysmal condition of the place. The owner is a crank and will cuss you in front of your kids if you disagree with him.
