All three of my children have had to come here for their senior photos. It's always rushed. Nothing spectacular as dar as the props but the ladies were always nice. This afternoon I waited 25 min. To pick up the pictures I've already paid for because the 2 staff members in the office left to take pictures of someone outside. No note left explaining this or with a cell number to alert that someone was here. That's awful customer service. I left work early to make sure I didn't arrive right at closing time for them. Then instead of showing me the pictures that I paid way to much for I was given a piece of paper to sign first.
