Good quality really isnt there. Last couple of times I have been there, even the chips tasted burnt and stale. Ordered a steak quesadilla and the amount of grease and cheese was unbelievable and I had to hunt for the actual steak.

RANT ABOUT LOS CHARROS I'm NEVER coming back here! This place screwed up my order for the last time! I tried to order something that was easier for them to get right by just substracting the peppers but they still flucked it up! It was brought with the peppers, sent it back and ended up with a steak cooked to death, I guess because they tried to keep it warm while recooking just onions! Then I asked for some hot rice because the initial was cold by the time I got the remake and I swear all they did was stir it around on my plate! THEN I had to ask for a side of cheese dip because the steak was so dry and that took at least ANOTHER 15 minutes! This makes the 5th time IN A ROW that they've screwed up my order BTW and the 4 times before I ordered the exact same thing! I talked to the waitress each time and she'd assure me that it would be right THIS TIME! My brother and sister-in-law know her well so that didn't make any difference! Each time I was left sitting there while others ate with parts of my meal left to get cold too! Oh I forgot how nasty even the salsa was tonight
