Purpose Community Therapeutic Services

received a bill from them 2 months after i stopped going (I only had one session). i tried called a few times each day at different times (all listed within operating hours) for three days and no one answered or called me back. Still have not heard from them as of writing this. unprofessional to say the least.

I was charged 145 dollars for an appointment that I missed only due to a technical error. Please if you decide to go here do not do the video chat counseling. I called the office to get help and they did not even know how to contact anyone incase of emergency. Its a complete obstacle course. I loved the mental help I was recieving but after this I dont think I could ever feel the same.

Where can I start. Mrs.Golson has been awesome. She helped my family in so many ways. I learn new ways of coping and it has been a great experience.
