Friendly service but very slow. While sitting at the bar waiting for my carry out order I noticed two employees touching their hair while preparing beverages. Someone offering me my drink while I waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries would have been nice.

I like the setup. I enjoyed the waitresses Paula and Asliegh. They were polite, funny and good at doing their job. As for the food. It wasn't very good. My sister and mother's ribs were burnt. My mac and cheese taste like the frozen kind. Also no butter. Maybe I'll try again next year when I visit

I have given Sonny's three opportunities to change my mind before removing it from my list of places for family outings. Sadly, Sonny's has been consistently underwhelming. The food is poorly seasoned and looks unappetizing on the plate. I ordered brisket, barbecue chicken and ribs. The brisket was tough, and the chicken & ribs were simply bland. The wait staff and others were friendly and very attentive. We have tried about 60% of the meals offered at this location. Despite the sample size, I did not find any dish that would prompt me to return.
