Just because you call yourselves professionals in response to your negative review doesn’t mean you are. Firstly, professionals wouldn’t take years to address grievances from clients, past and present alike. Secondly, professionals would have taken the opportunity to grow within your customer service faux pas but as stated you’re really aren’t professional in your approach to anything. You all really thought it was a good idea to put those responses on the internet.
Potential clients: If you are a real person, not a bought review, stay away from this bankruptcy mill. Look at their responses to real people with real grievances, that’s exactly what you will get should you run into a problem. Look at when the reviews were posted and when they decided it was a good time to address them (if you can call it that). Pretentiousness and lack of accountability is the environment here. If you are looking for guidance, compassion, & communication you will not find it here. A year ago these stars were at 2.5 - 3. Do not be fooled by bought reviews.

I used B&B after my car accident. They got me a fair settlement and fought for me. The answers were timely and they kept me updated the whole time. I would very much recommend them after a car accident.
