They installed two AC units and were supposed to fix my furnace. However, to even get the work done they would not return my calls for a week and showed up 4 hours after they were supposed to come. Communication is a big issue. They had to cut into the molding to fit the unit, but since they had a person come out they should have had the correct unit size. They left it looking terribly. When they looked at the furnace, it seemed to be working, but then when it got cold now the furnace will not start unless it is kicked, so it is freezing when I wake up in the morning. I am having a very hard time getting in contact with them, I highly recommend finding another HVAC company.

“Called on a Friday, tech (Luis) came out on Saturday morning and looked at unit to see problem. He described the problem, had the solution to fix it right on site. He arrived on time and was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the cost. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.”

Our air went out Saturday morning and our landlord called this company to come fix it. Diego showed up around 3 and found we needed a fuse in the unit in the basement. He left, went to Home Depot and came back and fixed it. Once that was fixed we asked him to change the thermostat since we had gotten a new one. Once he did that he discovered there was a wiring issue from the thermostat down to the unit. He then told us it was a 2 person job and he hadn’t eaten lunch so he was leaving. I asked him for a contact number so we could stay in contact in case he could find someone to come back out and he pointed to the number on his shirt. We never heard anything else back from this company. We called someone else who came to fix the problem Sunday and it was not a two person job. He also broke the original thermostat that we ended up having to put back on the wall, so that also had to be replaced. Diego was unprofessional and it was obvious that he wanted to be anyway except working Saturday.
