10/29/2021- Google doesn’t seem to allow me to create another review for the same company, so I’m editing my previous post from several months ago. This dynamic duo came to my assistance yet again. Very responsive, super professional, polite and just good people. This time they came to my rescue after my failed attempt to install a new faucet. They were able to fix my horrible attempt and installed the other two faucets. I’m so thankful for their assistance. I know if I contact them they are going to do the job right. There are not many services out here that you can trust and rely on, but you can add them to your list. Thanks again! Previous post- I’m so thankful for this husband and wife duo. I’ve used this company twice and they are so sweet and professional. They made such an impression on my first repair that four years later when I had another issue I remembered them and gave them a call. They are so helpful and truly nice people. After speaking with them on the phone about a new construction project I had at a vacation home. I asked them if they could do the finish plumbing, the rough in had been completed and inspected. I was told they could. Tried to make an appointment with them to get an estimate. Explained I was out of state and would be traveling to meet them at the vacation home. They asked me to call back once I was there and they would come give me an estimate. So I drove over 650 miles. After I was at the vacation house I called to set up the appointment for the estimate. It was at this time I was told they didn't want to do the finish plumbing because someone else had done the rough in work (which was inspected and passed). Thankfully I had other things to do while I was there. Otherwise it would have been over a 1300 mile trip for nothing.

Do yourself a favor and call Plumbing and Mechanical Services, Inc.! Sam and Dave are fantastic! Our water heater kept tripping the breaker and I wasn't sure whether to call an electrician or plumber. They showed up the next day (other plumbers were 2-3 weeks out) and were able to properly diagnose the problem very quickly, despite us apparently having a hybrid water heater that they don't work on (come to find out, no one in the area is certified to work on them!). They tried to help me save money by calling about a warranty, but when I found out the warranty had expired they were able to come out the next day to install a new water heater for us. They were super knowledgable, respectful, kind, fast, and I'm pretty sure the area they were working was cleaner after than when they started. I will most definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends! Service: Boiler installation
