Have always found this office to be wonderful to work with. Everyone is so polite and caring. NP Ashley Brueshaber is excellent and I enjoy having her ad my primary care physician. Office staff and other nurses and technicians have also great to work with.

I am trying to get medical records for a DISABLED homeless patient of theirs so he can get his disability check started back. We went in and filled out the request form. They mailed it in . It has been over a month now we have received no records. I tried calling the records company. They will not answer their phone. Upon informing the Dr's office of this they refused me any other assistance in getting the records. They would not even make a phone call to inquire about a request sent in FROM THEIR OFFICE FOR THEIR PATIENT. SAID THEIR HANDS ARE TIED AND CANNOT HELP US. If a patient cannot even get their records don't expect anything extra by means of assistance here.
Edit: ok. So Danielle at this office ACTUALLY helped . She is submitting a corrected records request. I guess Danielle's hands ARE NOT TIED.

LOVE Allison, she is very nice and compassionate, but Dr. Neely is uncaring and comes in the room acting like youre bothering her. I thought the first time it was just she was having a bad day, but no not the case. We are the people that pay you at least pretend to be happy.

I'm writing my experience with Dr. John Clark Hill a five because of my visit the first time I went.
I am a new patient with Dr. John Clark Hill because my doctor who was a veteran and retired after 33 years of experience as a doctor. I had been with my previous doctor since 1984. Switching to a new doctor was a big step; so I researched very closely to find Dr. Hill. My first visit with Dr. Hill was an outstanding visit his staff was very kind to me and very attentive to my needs also. Dr Hill sends the RX to my pharmacy his self during my visit so that I can call my pharmacy and make sure that they did fill all of my Rx. If I had to get any prescriptions through Medicare, Dr. Hill knew how to fill out the proper paperwork. He has four nurses. The one that I dealt with was Andrea. She was very attentive and kind to me. So in this review I'm also rating her a five .
