They sent someone out to pick up a piece of equipment that a deceased parent purchased four years ago. Upon coming out it was muddy and I told them to come back out after it stopped raining. The guy refused and then tore up my yard. He could have just came back,but why wait til a day when it has rained all night. I'd like for my yard to be fixed

Rodney at Sunsouth last October 2022 I was buying a new trailer and was told I was buying a 14k trailer. I had a really good customer service experience at this dealership before I wasnt expecting to be getting sold something that was not what I was being told. I didnt use the trailer until march 2023 and the trailer has cracked welds ,wiring problems and wood. After few months they sent it back to get fixed. I had to take it to Dothan Al my self or they would not fix it so I did it. After getting it back all that was fixed was the wood. The trailer plug got pinched and I had to fix it. And thats when I found out that the wiring was not right,also noticed that the weight on the vin plate had 9770k. I called and asked what was the weight trailer I bought. And I was told 14k so I asked about what was going to happen he told me that he was going to call the manufacturer. I kept calling back and getting told Im waiting to hear from them. And then October 7 2023 was told to call the manufacturer that it was out of there hands. Im going to call the manager tomorrow morning to see if they are going to honor what I was supposed to have been sold.
