Jimmy John's have great food and I really would like for my order to be correct when delivered to my job. The two times I had my lunch delivered it's been incorrect both times. Last week I spoke with the district manager of this Jimmy John's and he said since my order was incorrect both times that he would pay for me two # 16's and leave my name with the manager and I will not have any problems getting my sandwiches. That was completely wrong because I called the store yesterday 08-17-20 and spoke with the manager on duty and she told me that he didn't leave my name in the office. I just ordered my food and I put in all caps please cut my sandwich into three pieces. My instructions are on the receipt and of course it was not cut into three pieces and I didn't get my mayo packs. Please tell me what I need to do to make sure my food is made the right way.

The employees were barely paying attention and goofing off the whole time. My sandwich was wrong and i didn’t receive my full order. Sandwich was very sloppy.

Awesome food and all the employees were a blessing and shout out to the person who I talked to on the phone and the young delivery driver wish I could raise your salary I salute yall
