!!!!!!! This person scammed me !!!!!!!!. I would not have anything to do with them. I sent them money via fb messenger. They then asked for more and then stopped all communication.

Like other reviews have said, this operation is poorly ran. I booked online a week ago, was quick to receive a thank you email and an invoice, but no actual human contact. The phone number that was on their website was disconnected, later changed to a working number. I called and called, only ONCE did I speak to a person and that was a woman who said “they won’t be in until 11, I’m just answering to let people know”. I’ve called multiple MULTIPLE tkmes, went by their location, emailed three times and even sent a text with NO communication. We are now three days before the event and having to cross our fingers we can find a backup. Very disappointed.

Furious company called a day before our family event on 10/5/18 to let me know that their mobile truck was in a accident and would not be out of shop until that following monday. Well they offered to bring out a bouncer, optical course and a snow ball machine to make up for the inconvenience a 600 dollar value they stated. Also told me that they would make everything nice for the kids if i agreed which i did they also asked what time we would be at the facility and asked if they could be their at 8 i told them we was scheduled to be there at 8:45am no later than 9 am they never showed up or call to let me know what was going on i tried through out the day to call them no answer even tried calling the following monday 10/8/18 no answer. I will never use this company again for anything and i definitely will not recommend because of how the sistuation was handle. I am now working on getting my money back along with necessary action to ensure that i do. I have a confirmation number reciept showing that i paided in full for services so there should be no indication stating they dont have records
