Food was good. But service was mediocre. First the guy who seated me did not greet me. He took the menus and walked off. Had I not followed him I would not have known where my table was. Then it took 15 mins before I was even recognized to get my drink. It took forever to get my food. Then I asked for a glass of water that I never got. Only to discover my waiter was at another table socializing. At this point I'm boiling over. I got his attention. He smiled as if everything was ok and handed me the check. I signed it and did not leave a tip. Beware. The service here sucks. But the food was decent and only ruined by the bad service.

This was the worst experience I had in dinning out. First of all we sat at a table for four with six African American females and myself. We were told we couldn't move because we didn't book it before we arrived? Why? We were just going out to have dinner as friends. Secondly, when I asked the manger it was a bunch of excuses, but reality was that they were very unprofessional. I highly recommend looking for anywhere else to eat but here. I will never come here again.

We came here on a recommendation, but I'll spare anyone the same injustice. Honestly, it seems to boil down to poor quality control. A roach in my little girl's water was just the start. We should have left then, but made the mistake of trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered. Their horchada is atrocious artificial perfume-flavored-yuck, which they charged us $3 a glass for despite being able to see that we didn't like or drink it. Our server didn't care two-shakes about anything, and when we could finaly get his attention to ask for more salsa he went to chat with buddies for several minutes before finally bringing us a lower quality of salsa than our first batch. The guacamole was bland. The lettuce wilted. A second glass of water literally tasted like dirty dish water (maybe they had something against us for pointing out the roach in a different glass of water). We weren't looking for freebies or to cause trouble, so we just laughed through it all, paid the ticket, and left. We know and love good-quality food, and this is not it.

Food good but........ four people , three meals served fourth meal half hour later. They will give a discount? No this is a problem. May we speak to management? No they are busy. Ok well we will write to owner, oh well then let us speak with him, sorry he is busy too. Management is definitely non caring to the customer. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
