Disappointing Visitor Policy at Piedmont Medical Center: I recently had the unfortunate experience of having a loved one hospitalized at Piedmont Medical Center. While the medical staff provided competent care, I was disheartened to discover the restrictive visitor policy that only allows two visitors per day. This policy is not only frustrating for families, but it also contradicts numerous studies that prove the healing benefits of having visitors during hospital stays.The limited visitor policy at Piedmont Medical Center seems to prioritize administrative convenience over the well-being of patients and their families. It is disheartening to see a healthcare facility that is supposed to promote healing and recovery implement a policy that can negatively impact a patient's emotional state and potentially slow down their recovery process.I hope that Piedmont Medical Center will reconsider their visitor policy and make it more accommodating for patients and their families. It would be beneficial for the hospital to recognize the importance of human connection and support during times of illness and adapt their policies accordingly.In conclusion, the visitor policy at Piedmont Medical Center is a significant drawback to an otherwise reputable healthcare facility. I strongly encourage the administration to reassess their approach and prioritize the emotional needs of their patients and their loved ones.

I love my doctor's, the procedure clinic, the pharmacy. Everyone in this clinic has been wonderful in the years I have been seeking medical care here, with the absolute exception of the referral department. Gerry(sp) does not answer the phone or return calls, EVER! I have had several instances now where myself AND my insurance company have made numerous attempts to resolve issues with this department to no avail. Even simple PA's are not completed in a timely manner. It's disgraceful. It is bad enough that my insurance company is recommending I switch providers simply due to the ongoing issues with this department. I would hate to loose a fantastic care team because one person is lacking in job skills.

DO NOT USE! WARNING! DO NOT USE! My doctor was a no show for the second time. I drive an hour for medical care and this is what you get at this place. After reading reviews from other customers, you would think that who ever runs that place needs to be seen the door. Hopefully UPPER MANAGEMENT reads some reviews.

Jerome Giles at front desk is extremely nice each time I go in.Best customer service I have seen yet.Everything he does is with a smile on his face .Very friendly and professional.Thank you Jerome
