Anytime I have a scheduled appointment I wait at least an hour to be seen. I had scheduled an ultrasound which has to be 3 weeks out, according to them, and went to my appointment and was told I was not on the schedule. They are not organized and I do not feel my health was put a priority as I had to schedule the ultrasound 3 separate times due to them scheduling it then saying I wasn’t on the schedule when it came time to come in. Really irritated with this place.

Last pregnancy and birth went well.I was satisfied with the services given to me. And my mid wife is excellent, and did a great job with my care and birth. However, yesterday I had a rather bad expirence, (second pregnancy) I waited in the ultra sound waiting room for a hour and 20 mins.. With my 8month old. Who was not having waiting in the stroller for that long. When I finally got in to the ultrasound room the tech could not get any of the pictures she needed. And was rather rough with my abdomen shaking the device and trying to get the baby to move. I had had a glucose test that morning and had not eaten. She told me that I would have to come back and make shure I ate before the next ultrasound, well they should not have scheduled two procedures that morning one required me not to eat, another required me to eat... This is stupid. And wasted my time. After I saw my midwife, which always goes well. But when my midwife left the room and her nurse made my next appointment, her nurse felt inclined to tell me not to bring children under 12 in... Im sorry ? Is this where Im seeking services to have a baby? Why would my last baby you all helped with be unwelcome? That was pretty rude. I may just check out midtown medical center.. Maby they will be more organized... 😶
