        Due to their error, I was unable to see my Dr today as they inaccurately notified the Dr's office that I had a $700 balance due and I had a copay this month of $100. This is not the first time they've shown how inept this company is! If they can't find employees able to handle patients files correctly, the physicians that use them should be worried and change to a new billing system. Most unprofessional! Oh and a few years ago I paid a copay that was not due just so I could see the Dr. This refund has Never occurred

        If I could give a negative star I would. Beware of this company. They are extremely unprofessional, they lie about how much you owe them. When you have proof you've overpaid, they WON'T refund you.
