We could not be any happier with our decision to use H2OME for our irrigation needs. The owner was punctual, knowledgeable, and kind and his crew was efficient and friendly. Our experience has been great! We highly recommend this business. P.S., we interviewed two other businesses and our decision was made easy after talking with H2OME.

If I could give zero stars, I would, but that is not an option so this company gets one. I called to request an estimate for a sprinkler system at my property. Ryan was nice and efficiently and quickly came out to measure. He told me that I would have an estimate within a few days. A week later, I sent him a text (which he told me was the best way to reach him). He gave me an unofficial number which he said may change. A week later, after still not receiving an estimate, I was told that I could get an official estimate of I decided to move forward. I told Ryan that I would like an estimate so I could review it and if that was not possible that I would need to look for another contractor. He told me that they were currently 4-6 weeks out for installation and any other contractor that said they could immediately start would not be good as good contractors are busy right now. I have still yet to receive an estimate. This was over a month ago. I would recommend this company to no one, not even my worst enemy. I have many friends that are new homeowners in my area and have warned them all to not bother contacting this company! Look elsewhere for your sprinkler system needs! I have and I am vey pleased with my new choice!

Called Ryan for repair estimate. Within 24 hrs, estimate was complete. Within 48 hrs, repairs were complete. Responsive to my call. Accurate work/cost estimate. Outstanding work. Great customer service. Quality work. I will refer this company & Ryan to my friends. Thanks.
