We had Donnie and his team do several jobs ranging from plumbing, to electrical, to general repairs, and they did a great job on all of it. They showed up when they said they would and, even though they had to stay late to finish everything, remained professional throughout. We'll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. I scheduled an appointment for a quote, and they were a no-call no-show. Super unprofessional, don't waste your time like I did. Edit based on owner response: I had an appointment for Thursday July 22nd in “the evening” that I made via that phone number with the lady that answered. Since no one came, I’m guessing she dropped the ball and didn’t put it in on your end.

Handyman and crew windowed my porch. They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and paid attention to detail. Donnie is a Master craftsman. His crew are highly skilled. The end result of the job was beyond my expectations. I will hire The Handyman USA again.

My husband and I bought storm doors for the front and back doors, but found out after unpacking one of the doors that the instructions and process were way over our head. We didn’t want to return them so we did a google search and prayed that someone would help ASAP. I called The Handyman USA out of Columbus, GA and talked to the exceptionally friendly Lydia, who dispatched Donnie and Logan. They graciously understood our circumstance and added our job to the end of their long day, coming out at 5pm. It only took about an hour per door. They had excellent customer service, and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They even made minor adjustments to please my meticulous standards. I am so happy with their work, and the excellent deal for the work they did. We already have them quoting us for more work! These guys are the best. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you all for making us happy customers!!

Military family, initially when I PCS from Washington State I was extremely hesitant. I bought a home in Fort Mitchell AL area near Fort Benning base that would soon be my possible retirement home. I searched and googled hoping to find the perfect handyman that could perfect every job, and I was blessed to find them. Having OCD as a deficit, Donnie met me at my home to bid on extending my hardwood floors. My house was built in 2008, and needed much updated improvements. He offered to extend my 3100 sq ft home floors at an agreeable price. His team arrived on the date set and finished the project in the timeframe required, which was extremely important for household good arrival. His team removed ceramic tile in my kitchen and carpet in other areas. His team showed up daily on time and remained committed to my project. Integrity and duty outweighed everything which meant so much. Handyman USA received a deposit upfront to lock in my timeframe and they remained committed. They installed Gunstock flooring from Lowe’s, the transition, added quarter round, Dri-tac glue, and other elements to match my need. I am extremely satisfied and ready to move forward on more projects for my retirement home. Handyman USA work is reliable and building trust is important to them. Be direct on what you need so that your expectations will be met. Whether it’s your home, rental property, or just a project trust they can handle it. No doubt this team can handle ANYTHING!
