Super rude, extremely lazy, and tried up-charging me after they quoted me one price. Also, after they asked if I was in the military I said I was, but just gave my name and they demanded to know what unit I was in. I told them I’m not on the clock, I’m a regular person, but they kept demanding to know. One of them then raised their voice at me saying I was “being difficult” when I declined to answer. I was off the clock so whether I’m military or not doesn’t matter. All I wanted to do was get an engraving done. I emailed them the design. They said it would work and would have it done in 2 days. Then I got a call saying it would be longer, I said that’s fine. I had someone else come by to pick it up when they said it would be done and it still wasn’t ready. They said they didn’t have a good enough image even though they said it was good the first time around. Then they up-charged me saying it would be 20 dollars more than what was previously quoted and agreed on. I will never be back. Very rude, scammers, and lazy. Never do business with them.
