Horrible prices,delivery, and customer service!!!!! The monthly payment amount we spoke to the representative about was not at all what we ended up being charged. On delivery day I stayed home to ensure i wouldn't miss the delivery man...they didn't come all day so i called and asked if there was a problem..the rep i spoke to blew me off. I waited an hour & called back..once again i was blown off when I asked what the status was..I even asked him to take down my number incase something happened he said they should have it on file. Long story short, they almost didn't deliver it to our home because they were going to the wrong place...i had to fight to get it delivered..the guy banged up our door &they didn't even tell us that the washer and dryer didn't come with the hose...... bottom line.....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I hate this place and this staff they were absolutely awful. The guys that work there are very helpful the " manager" Christy is the worst. She " tries" to help you but screws you. I was trying to get my fianc a birthday present I got verified and approved. I thought everything was fine I was going to go on finishing birthday plans and expected to have his big gift on time she calls two days before and stated that they do not deliver to where I live and I could not pick it up myself. She should have just denied the app since she did verify my address. She transferred me to the Americas store the man there seemed more helpful. I have two days to be re verified now and I am cutting it close. Thanks Christy you are the worst!!

Store Manager Christy (Christina) Was Rude and Nasty!! I called and asked that they not to call my phone anymore- As I was listed as a reference for a customer. She told me she could not remove me without a replacement name and number! Of course thats not my problem- Seems that would be between her and the customer WITH the ACCOUNT! So, I explained that I did not want to be harassed anymore and to remove my number. She refused! I had to CALL Corporate to have my name removed...I'm now waiting on a call back from the District Manager...AMAZING! Can you say Harassment!!!!!!!
