        I attempted to purchase a MEDALLION grill through their website. The order process failed so I called and learned that the $49.95 published shipping cost was a lie. That price only covers shipments less than 125 lbs. The grill weighs 133 lbs, and requires a freight shipment, and a freight quote. They promised to call within 2 days and did not. after 4 days I called and the fright was $200. Apparently they publish a freight cost that is a lie, they know this grill can go fedex ground, and expect you to pay 4X the published shipping charge. They are either unethical, or incompetent, you decide.

        Went to check out the grill sales building. As soon as I seen the cheap prices I couldn't get my credit card out fast enough! The grill I had been shopping for was $900 at Lowes, home depot and Amazon. I paid $425 out the door. Also since the grill was too large for my suv a employee helped me take the grill apart enough to get it in the sun. I tipped him $20 and shook his hand. I'll definitely be back for my grilling needs.
