    Taking our car in for an oil change has turned out to be a nightmare each time. I have taken my car in on Saturdays and for an appointment during the week. Each time I make the appointment I'm told no more that 30 minutes. When I have an appointment it takes at least 45 minutes to change my oil and rotate tires, and that was only one time. We took our highlander in 2 weeks ago and after we got it back all four tires were at 20 psi, not the 30 psi they're suppose to be at. And the tire pressure light keeps coming on. The oil change before that took 2 hours and the engine light came on as I was coming home. I took it back the same day and they told be that the o2 sensor was bad. That it would cost me almost $300 to fix. I told them not right now and when I called back a few weeks later to let them know that the engine light never came back on they said it must have been an error on the engine light. (thank god I didn't pay for a new o2 sensor.) Oil change before that took over an hour and the tire pressure light kept going off. After a few days of trying to figure out what tire was screwing with the system (since none of the ever lost an pressure) I took it back in. The service manager tried to make me feel like an idiot for not checking the spare tire. (Seriously) after 20 minutes I got the car back with no explanation for what happened. All they said was "fixed it". They are extremely nice but total screw ups. I'm done with them.
