Enclave at Highland Ridge

I had to move from another state very quickly and the staff was very communicative and made that process easy and even dealt with my moving company directly. Friendly staff and nice quiet area!

The staff is unpleasant and rude. Additionally, they will charge you exorbitant fees upon moving out. They will especially take advantage of servicemembers, as they know you won't be local to dispute or disprove charges upon moving out.

The apartment was clean and all of the staff were very helpful and professional, however there are a few things to consider before moving here. 1.) They are not cheap and they will look for anyway to charge you when you move out. I paid a $400 pet deposit, just for them to charge me $100 when I moved out for carpet cleaning. So the deposit is not allocated for repairs, its actually just money for their pleasure. I was only there for 2 months before moving so I could imagine its much worse for other people when moving out. 2.) There is 0 security cameras where they matter. They only have a few around the office. I had my truck broken into, which has been a regular occurrence in this area and there were 0 cameras that were helpful. Apartments rob us of way to much money to not throw up a few cameras to possible catch/deter criminals. All in all I do recommend this apartment complex, but bring your money for the owners, and leave your car unlocked to save your windows from being busted out.
