        Paid my bill here a month ago July 3 or 4. swipe my card twice. Made 2 payments on one account. And I still owe for August. How is that possible. Trying to get someone on the phone is really difficult. I hope I make contact w/ someone.

        First I upgraded my phone to iphone7 Feb 20. The agent told me that there is promotions to get another line for life and for free. When I pay phone bill on Feb 22 the system say l will be paying extra $15 and I checked them on Feb 25, the agent is mad even don't want explain why my next due will go up $15. Second, when I asked to return the phone she said upgraded is final so no return but metro website don't say.
