        Rates have constantly gone up every couple months and any time I ask why their response is "I'm not sure" I went in to the office and added two more vehicles to my policy, she said it'd go up $150..... I go to pay it and it went up $200!!!!! I asked why the difference from what I was told and she said "I don't know and I can't see why" $700 a month...... no thanks..... I'll find somewhere else.

        Robin was the agent that attended me, I went to see about car insurance. Robin explained the various coverages and prices, and we came with an insurance plan that suited my needs and budget. Robin also helped with renters insurance. Robin also helped with some trouble shooting I came across with adding the drive safe app. Very helpful, great customer service .
