Beware Cartersville------I want to share my story because I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the poor quality of customer service I endured. I called Psycho Sisters to see when somebody will be there to take a look at clothes my daughter wanted to sell. They told me Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 to 1. I work in Rockmart and could not make it at those times. So I asked my mother if she would take the clothes. She took them on Friday 9/20/13. My mother didn't know all they offered was credit so unknowingly she took the credit. I called the store within 15 to 20 minutes of the transaction, they told me they would have the owner call me back. She did call me within 10 min. I explained to her, we didn't want the credit and why my mother brought the clothes, she gave $105 credit and said policy changed they do not give cash. I told her that the website stated otherwise and she said every store is different, so then she said I will give you $30 cash, I declined and asked for the clothes back. She agreed and told me to come to the store on Monday 9/23/13. I showed up and an associate there said the owner had an emergency, she forgot to leave the clothes they are still in the back of her car. I was upset because nobody even contacted me to let me know. The associate then said I can come back on Thursday and they will have the clothes then. On Wednesday 9/25/13 I get a phone call saying there was a note that they were not going to give the clothes back and I can just get the $30 cash. I told her I was suppose to get the clothes back, she said she doesn't know what is going on. So I contacted the number that called me Friday which was supposedly the owners number. The lady on the other end said it wasn't her even after I asked if this was a personal cell and she said yes. Sounded like the same lady. She said the clothes are at another store and items have already been sold. I told her that wasn't the agreement, she denied knowing anything and said they were sold that day. I said how could that be when I spoke with her 30 min right after and she told me to be there Monday, then she said well they were sold after. The story was very contradictory and told her I wanted things set right and she said she would call me back. No call back so far. If she would of told me Friday that there was no way she can change it afterwards, I would of just had to get over it, and would of remained a customer myself but after the deceit and lies and the owner going back on her words, I will never be a customer of that place again. So learn from me don't send somebody else and don't ever take the new owners words of Psycho Sisters in Cartersville. (Holly if that is really her name)
