The musty odor hit us in the face upon entering the unit. The carpet in dirty; the blinds were dirty and broken; the shower curtain was dirty and torn; there was black mold in the refrigerator; the wifi signal was so weak it was unusable. I called the office and spoke with Julie who is amazing and helpful. She addressed the issues she could. She had blinds replaced in one bedroom, had the refrigerator cleaned, had the shower curtain replaced. Unfortunately, she could not have the carpet cleaned or prevent the water main from breaking (we were without water for a half day). The straw that broke the camel's back was the palmetto bugs aka huge cockroaches. I had to go to a hotel for the rest of my stay.
