        The office staff (three of them) are related, and they are the absolute rudest people you will ever come across. This office needs to get a new office manager who doesn’t treat people the way she does, it’s abhorrent.

        Hoping to update my review after seeing the doctor. Thus far, it has been very difficult to even make an appointment (which still has yet to happen). The receptionist doesn't like to answer the phone, and when she did, she was rude and hung up on me. I would very much like to recieve the help I desperately need, and had heard many great things about Dr.Serapu. Unfortunately, I may end up having to take my business elsewhere.
