If they say "We'll call you on Monday", the reality is that you have to call them Monday because they actually wont. If they say "We'll be in touch", the reality is that you have to be the one to keep in touch because they wont. Not as professional as I would have expected. For a company that specializes in objects to remember people they sure do have a habit of forgetting people.

At a time of grief for our family during the passing of my mom in July, 2018, I called on Hearn Monument to make our burial plot into one my deceased mom and dad would be proud of. I live three hours away from the site and from Hearn Monument; however, I was born and raised in the area and knew the reputation Hearn Monument always had, even when I was a youngster. Keith Jiles responded to my email. He gave me suggestions and sent photos to review. He went to the cemetery and took photos and proceeded to construct per our decision for the construction. Everything was handled within approximately two weeks via phone and email messages. I was kept up to date regarding the work and at completion, he sent finished photos. We are so pleased with what Keith Jiles and Hearn Monument did for my family. Keith made it so easy even though I was not able to be on site. Their Integrity, willingness to perform their best and to go above and beyond to satisfy our family will never be forgotten. Thank you Mr. Jiles!

Although the man I dealt with was super sweet, we were quoted a turn around time of 6-8 weeks and it has been 9. We have called and they only tell us, sorry it hasn't came in yet. But WE had to call them. They never made an attempt to call us to just let us know that it was not in yet when the 8 weeks was up. Still waiting for it and still haven't heard anything!! Don't give a 6-8 week quote if it is not guaranteed. Just say, we will call when it arrives!
