May 2022 Griffen, Topline Landscapes. Topline Lawncare and his men built a retaining wall that does not butt up to sidewalk. They laid sod in the back yard over sod to get the sod to butt up against the concrete driveway and patio. The sod after all these months have still not taken root bc its laid over other sod. You can still pull it up with your hand. I have pictures. Instant msg me for pictures, .Griffen, the owner, said when we paid him $3700 that if we had any problems with sod to call him. 3 times leaving messages, no Griffen. My 2nd call he said he would come out. Never heard from him as of 9-1-22. I have his # plugged into my contacts. (Edit...he just texted me around 5:10pm today after seeing my review. Lets see what he does.)

Quality work, excellent customer service, and honest pricing. I have had lawn service for many years and Top Line is the very best. Honestly, my lawn has never looked so good.

Topline performs as advertised, in a timely manner. Not the least expensive lawn care, but we get what we pay for. Very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Do not use this company. The owner has terrible communication and bad attitude. He didn’t even install what I asked for. He installed cheaper Bermuda sod without asking and charged me for Zoysia. The sod had army worms in it. The work was the worst I have ever seen I can’t mow the yard it has so many lumps and dips. Irrigation installed does not work and leaks. He messed up the grade in my yard and flooded my pool causing me to have to drain clean and refill. He took no responsibility for any of the poor workmanship and is now suing me for non payment as the work is not completed or correct so I tried to pay him a partial amount and he would not accept.
