Dr. Griffin and Dr. Sarapu are amazing. However, the appointment lady is ridiculously rude. She's unprofessional, impatient and snippy. Everyone else in the behavioral health department are kind. It's just that lady that sours my mood instantaneously. Other people have complained about her both online and in person. Before COVID-19, I always did my best to say as few words to her as possible. Please consider looking into it. If this many people are openly complaining about her, then clearly there's a problem.

The children and I have been coming here for 10+ years. We have always had exceptional service. All of the people complaining about any of the ladies in this office need to think seriously about the nature of their jobs. This isn’t your garden variety medical center. They deal with people with emotional and mental illnesses. If they were anything BUT stern, they could be putting themselves or others (patient and staff alike) in dangerous waters. The medication dealt with are varied and affects people’s mental states. They do their jobs, they do them well. They are no nonsense for sure, but if you have ever been to a poorly run mental health facility (I have) then you would understand why their sternness is IMPERATIVE!!

My wife has been going to Hope Center for years. After Dr. Meski left, it got a lot worse in service and attention to needs, he is missed. The women who handle the office and appointments desperately need to attend a professional seminar on how to treat people humanely, because they are a complete failure at it. They are so rude that you need Tylenol before you even get there. Because of them, the whole place gets one star. The doctor is O.K. but the meds are dangerous so be careful.
