Worst company that I have dealt with.. my home warranty company has approved toilet replacement and from their knowledge the part has been received.. when trying to contact them to schedule no answer! I have left at least 20 messages as well as the home warranty company has done the same no answer at all! not sure what sort of company they claim to be but a plumbing company they are not.

I'd take away their existing stars if I could. They are now no shows on two separate appointments. We've been without a water heater since Saturday night. An appointment was made for Sunday but nobody showed during the huge 6 hour window. Called and made another appointment for Tuesday. Was given another big 6 hour window. No call and no show from the tech. When attempting to call the office, there is no answer the entire day.

I have been using Got A Plumber for several years and wanted to leave a review that is well deserved. I use them for installing toilets and fixtures after my company goes in and installs flooring they come out and finish up the plumbing work required at the job also use them at my personal home. Excellent work reasonable pricing and they are always very reliable, honest, and trustworthy. Highly recommended
