Ear Nose Throat & Allergy Specialist

Im so happy with the ENT office in Canton, Riverstone Pkwy. I see Diane Williams for my sinus and allergy issues, both are chronic. Diane, Sabrina, Lexie, Andra, Ruthie & Noah are super nice & through. Whether they are assisting Diane in the patient room or giving me my weekly allergy shot, its always a good experience. The girls at the front desk are wonderful, checking me in and out of my appointments. The office is always lively & upbeat. I am grateful for the good care I receive each time I go to the office. I went to a couple other Allergy doctor's prior to coming to ENT Canton & was unhappy with both Sincerely, Happy Patient Liz Kops

I am only giving one star right now because of the billing department. I reached out twice last week and left voicemails that were not returned. I had an appointment on Friday and asked to speak with someone but they didnt answer the phone when the front desk called. Im so incredibly disappointed and frustrated because my experience at this practice has been amazing except for this. No call back is unacceptable. I dont care if they called me back to say they were working on it or needed more time. I will definitely change my rating to five stars when someone calls me back and helps me because DR. EZEILO IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had a rare mass in my throat and she explained absolutely everything and answered every single question I had. She didnt get annoyed or rush me. My surgery was a bit tricky and she executed it flawlessly. I had an issue with my incision after surgery, it was not her fault at all - my body rejects internal stitches all of the time, and she handled it with so much care and attention. After my post op appointment I was sad that I wouldnt be seeing her anytime soon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! I would refer any of my family and friends to her because of the exceptional care and experience. All of the nurses are so nice and the woman at the front desk is so great and helpful! The surgery coordinator was so easy to work with too.
