They didn’t deliver sod we ordered and are ignoring our messages. They say only the owner can give us money back or credit and he’s never available. Left messages, but no response.

I went 2 days ago to price stone they weighed it and said it was $440 went back today to pick it up it’s $480 when asked why was the price different smart young girl said I don’t know what Emma did she no longer works here but this is the price. I said I was just here Saturday today is Tuesday what changed she said well again I don’t know but this is the price I said well refund me my $532.13 she said do you still want the morta I said NO she then said I don’t know how long your refund will take I said as long as I have proof I’m getting it I can wait. Left there and went to straight to Cloud it was further but their customer service is phenomenal. I spent almost $4000 at this place in last 2 weeks and she have a attitude like that I’ll take my unwanted money else where.

Sold me pallet of dead grass and said it was just dormant. Refused to even look at grass after 2 months. Never buy there grass unless its green. They will sell you a pallet of dead grass and your just out of luck. Very bad customer service
