Went to Prater Ford for recall on my 2020 Ford escape. Took about 15 minutes and my car was ready. Prater Ford has always been reliable. We are a Ford Family.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. I had a car accident in early march and hit a dear. With our insurance company that sent us to this place for repairs. It was a few weeks before we heard anything and then once got a call that it was fixed I didnt even make it out of the parking lot with out it stalling on me. My husband opened the hood and there was still deer hair all in the engine. Cosmetically it looked good but service wise no. Then we had to leave it with them again. Well two more weeks gone by and they didnt have my car it was dropped off at a different facility with out us knowing. We had to call towning companys to find out where it was sent. My car was dropped off with keys with no information about the vehicle at a place in Rome. Was very disappointed with this place. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.
