        Appraisal company is not good with communication. They have sat on a very easy document that would’ve allowed my client to close on time and now we have to push it back another week for the second time which makes it two weeks. No one returns calls and no one answers the phone. Not a trusted company. The appraisal board and Georgia real estate commission will be notified.
