        Most local offices are closed and customer service from the Philippines is terrible. They even told me to go to the local offoce to resolve my problem and I fou d it to be closed permanently. Then I was told it was just closed for Covid. We paid for a delivery and it has never come.

        If 0 stars were an option, that would be my rating. Placed emergency order 7 days ago (Fri) as I have a daughter who tested positive for COVID and we are unable to stay with family/friends and have no way to heat or cook. I was told I would have gas by Sat. Called Sat, they said it was moved to Sun. Same scenario times 4. At noon on Wed, I was still scheduled for Wed. At 3pm on Wed, I was advised the order was rejected for billing, but they couldn't/wouldn't provide an explanation. Supposed billing issue cleared up and scheduled for Thur delivery. Call noon on Thur and now scheduled for today, which is the FOLLOWING FRIDAY! Call today, and now it's scheduled for tomorrow. Wasn't allowed to even speak with a supervisor until day 5, even though I REPEATEDLY asked. Day 5 supervisor said she would work on it and call me back. No call back. Day 6 supervisor did call back, to tell me its routed for delivery today. Now holding for day 7 supervisor, but CSR keeps coming back trying to explain to me why I don't need a supervisor. Please tell EVERYONE you know to NEVER use Amerigas!
