I've been getting the run around for the last ten day's Concerning my Supplies... The person who answered the phone is Casey rude and Unprofessional... Calhoun Ga supply Store on Curtis Parkway

If you have the option to use another medical equipment company, I recommend you do so. The female ( I refuse to call her a lady) that answers the phone, Casey is not only rude but very uncompassionate. My mom has to use this company for oxygen tanks as she is on oxygen 24/7. There portable oxygen tanks are suppose to last 2 hours, I took my mom to a doctor appointment today and thank God the doctors office had an oxygen tank as the one that Appalachian provided us didn't even last 45 minutes, and this is not the first time I have had issues with their portable tanks. I called and told them it was an emergency and could they get a tank to my mom's doctors office asap as they were less than 10 mins from the dr's office. It took them over 30 mins to bring a tank because they had to do "a ticket". A ticket was more important to them than my moms oxygen. My mom is on hospice and Appalachian has a contract with this particular hospice. I am now looking for another hospice that uses a different medical equipment company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION.

Super impressed with Appalachian's customer service! Mike went above and beyond to help me find someone to repair my father's air mattress. He had nothing to gain financially, but he put me in contact with someone that could help and even called back to make sure we made contact. Often times when dealing with Medicare-bid companies, customer service is lacking. Not at Appalachian! I know where our future business will be!
